LYSANDER ROW GROUND BREAKING

After numerous stops and starts, we’re excited to announce the first phase of “12th & Forest” will be breaking ground in Q3. 2026. Lysander Row, a 4-unit townhouse development located at 1758 Lysander has secured construction funding and permitting approvals. The buiild-out is expected to take 8 months, with completion in the middle of 2027. We’ll be hosting a community meeting on [DATE] to bring neighbors up to speed, and field any questions, as well as posting regular announcements here regarding progress. Our goal is to build a supremely high-quality structure, with an minimal an impact to the neighborhood during construction, so please reach out with any questions or concerns!
