—“12th & Forest” is a design-forward, mixed-use, neighborhood redevelopment plan with new construction affordable housing, historic preservation, commercial and green space elements. Across five structures, the project consists of four ‘sub-projects’:
1. The Danish Brotherhood Hall, 2. Lysander Row , 3. Lombard Row and 4. The Rosa.
In an effort to engage the area’s past while balancing its present needs, the 12th & Forest redevelopment plan builds upon neighborhood’s latent potential while working diligently towards its brightest future.
