“12th & Forest” is a design-forward, mixed-use neighborhood redevelopment plan with new construction affordable housing, historic preservation, commercial and green space.

Across five structures, the project consists of four ‘sub-projects’:

    

1. The Danish Brotherhood Hall,  2. Lysander Row ,  3. Lombard Row  and 4. The Rosa.



In an effort to engage the area’s past while balancing its present needs, the 12th & Forest redevelopment plan builds upon neighborhood’s latent potential while working diligently towards its brightest future.

The Rosa is a 30-unit, four story, mixed-use building with rental apartments overtop 5,475SF of ground floor commercial, with a lush pedestrian plaza. 20% of units are affordable set-aside at the 80% AMI income level.
